The modern Appartementhaus Montana is located in the centre of Pertisau, right next to the golf course and only a 5-minute walk away from Lake Achensee. The spa area features a sauna and infrared cabin for two and was newly designed in 2016.
All apartments have a big living room with dining corner, a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony. Breakfast buffet is available every morning on request and at a surcharge.
Appartementhaus Montana features a storage room for ski boots and skis, as well as a modern lounge/breakfast room. A swimming pool and a fitness centre are a 3-minute walk away, which can be used free of charge.
In winter the access to the cross-country ski runs and the ski lift are in the immediate vicinity. In summer the Karwendel Nature Reserve is ideal for hiking and mountain biking. You will receive a 20% green fee discount at the nearby 18-hole golf course. Around Pertisau you can enjoy 500 km of hiking trails in a beautiful mountain setting. The mountain stations of the Rofan and the Karwendel cable cars are starting points for beautiful excursions.
Surrounded by a scenic mountain landscape, the Achensee golf course is right next to the Appartementhaus Montana and offers its guests reduced green fees.
The lake and its surrounding area offer ideal conditions for cycling and mountain biking.
The Achensee itself is ideally suited for sailing, surfing and kite surfing.
The nearby ski areas of Pertisau, Maurach and Achenkirch can all be reached free of charge on the regional bus system. The Ziller Valley is also very close.
There are 150 km of cross-country ski runs in the surounding area, many of them with 4 lanes. You can access the runs directly from the apartment house. As a guest at the Montana, you can use the outdoor pool with its big sunbathing area (in summer) and the indoor pool at the nearby Hotel Kristall (every day from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 18:00). Massages and spa packages can also be booked (at an additional charge).
You will also receive a free ticket enabling you to use the public bus network between the towns of Pertisau, Achenkirch, Maurach and Steinberg free of charge. You can also use the bus from the mainline train station at Jenbach to Pertisau free of charge (on showing your booking confirmation).
