Located on a hillside in Niedernsill, 5 km from Kaprun, Ferienhaus Niedernsill is a former ski club hut converted into a holiday home. It offers a balcony, a terrace, and a garden with barbecue facilities. In winter, a ski lift for beginners and snowboarder is right on the doorstep.
The holiday home comes with a spacious kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed, 2 bedrooms (one is a separate room with a 130cm wide wallbed and en-suite toilet, the other a double bedroom with futon sofa), and a bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and a washing machine. In addition, it features a balcony offering views of the surroundings, a fireplace and a dining area.
Bread-service can be arranged upon a prior request and for a surcharge.
A ski storage room and free parking are available at the owners house, 20 metres away, helping all guests with the transportation of their luggage. The chalet can be reached via stairs through the owners garden. A public swimming lake with a leisure park and a restaurant is just a 10-minute walk away.
Lake Zell and the Zell am See-Kaprun Golf Course are within 10 km, the Tauern Spa is 5 km away, and the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier is 7 km away.
The access to the Kitzbühel Alps Ski Area in Mitternsill can be reached in a 15-minute drive. The Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn Ski Area is a 30-minute drive away.
