Located at 1.147 metres above sea level, the Haus Rosemarie can be found in Nesselwängle in Tyrol's Tannheimer Valley. It offers fully equipped apartments with balcony, and a ski/bicycle storage room. Free WiFi is available.
Each apartment has a kitchen including a dishwasher, and a cable TV. On request, a capsule coffee machine is available. Guests can use the on-site washing machine and dryer for a small fee. Bed linen, towels and dish towels are provided, as well as Orthomed Vita-Cel 7-Zone mattresses and pillows for allergy sufferers.
You can also spend relaxing hours in the garden and make use of the barbecue facilities there.
A bakery can be found directly opposite the Haus Rosemarie. A restaurant is located in the centre of the village, which is 200 metres away.
The Haldensee lake for swimming and fishing is just a 5-minute drive away. Füssen in Germany and the Neuschwanstein Palace can be reached by car in about 40 minutes. The free ski and hiking bus to the Krinnenspitze and Neunerköpfle ski areas stops just 50 metres from the guest house.
In summer from May until October and with the guest card, all cable cars and the entry to the outdoor water world in Haldensee are included.
