The villa is surrounded by chestnut and conifer woods and is located in a strategic position to easily reach the most beautiful towns in Tuscany and Umbria. The garden is nicely furnished and the swimming pool is in a peaceful and private position with marvellous view of the woods.The caretakers of the property live nearby and they are at your disposal in case you would like to have a chef for lunch or dinner on request.
