Guests sleep on Japanese futon bedding on hardwood floors. Each room has a loft area and Japanese Yukata robes are provided for all guests. A flat-screen TV, a fridge and an en suite bathroom are included in each.

A coin-launderette is on site and luggage storage is offered at the front desk. No meals are served.

Koizumi Petit Hotel is a 20-minute drive from Date Country Club. Muroran Port is a 45-minute drive away. A convenience store is located a 10-minute drive away.
