Located at the foot of the Templet Mountains, this ship hotel is reachable only by a guided snowmobile trip, which departs from Basecamp Hotel at Longyearbyen. The snowmobile trip is included with the stay.

All the heated cabin rooms at Ship in the Ice have access to shared bathroom facilities.
