The property is 5 minutes' walk from the town of Kaitaia, which has shops, restaurants, fast-food outlets, petrol stations, supermarkets and a cinema. Many fabulous beaches, including the famous 90-mile beach are within easy driving distance and the main bus terminal is 5 minutes' walk away.
